Located in the heart of Houston’s historic Freedmen’s Town and Fourth Ward, West Webster Park now serves as a much-needed neighborhood park. The site was originally home to an ice-making plant for the city. The park is surrounded by a mix of existing residential, new residential, and small commercial spaces. Clark Condon transformed the previously empty lot into a community gathering space with playgrounds, open play, a dog park, trees, walkways, and seating nodes.
