Fazio Park Carlton Woods Creekside
Fazio Park is a Tuscan-themed private residential space inside Carlton Woods at Creekside Village in The Woodlands. With a formal design aesthetic, the 6.25 acres includes a sunken garden in the center of the park that is flanked by an allee of live oaks set in decomposed granite surrounded by movable furnishings. An open-air custom pavilion serves as a signature icon to the space. There is also a sprayground, a fountain, a mail kiosk, and an event lawn. The nature-themed playground has seatwalls set within the trees. Also part of the park’s features are a restroom building, a pump house, tennis courts with central courtyard, half basketball court, parking, and 3/4 miles of walkways and trails.
