Spring Valley City Hall and Park
Clark Condon collaborated with the City of Spring Valley to create a destination park in the center of their community. The scope of work began with programming and stakeholder engagement and proceeded through design to the ribbon cutting. The park has a special role in that it is also the front yard to the newly finished city hall and police department. Through the community stakeholder process, a program was identified that included a “playhill,” pavilion, movie venue, food truck plaza and a large amount of open space for festivals and events.
