Ivy Pond, located within the Lower Kirby District of Pearland, is approximately three acres of dedicated park space. Clark Condon’s landscape design was structured around the centralized water feature. A terraced lawn overlooks the fountains and offers ample seating for respite and socializing while a boardwalk allows park visitors to stroll along the water’s edge. Shade structures with a custom trellis provide cover, and a large open-air pavilion hosts community events and gatherings. To connect to the City of Pearland’s regional trail system, 5,000 linear feet of trails were implemented with a 130-foot pedestrian bridge that crosses Clear Creek.
