Agnes Moffitt Park Master Plan
Clark Condon assisted the City of Houston and the Council member’s office with a Master Plan to reimagine Agnes Moffitt Park. Our process also involved regular meetings with a stakeholder group to gather their comments for the Master Plan. Agnes Moffitt is an existing City of Houston park with a pool, basketball pavilion, disc golf, and a ball field. The reimagined Agnes Moffitt Park will include a new swim complex, sprayground, playground, upgraded ball field, a dog park, and trails. The City of Houston is also working with the Houston Tennis Association to provide nine acres for the development of a tennis complex on the site.
