Senior Leadership Promoted to Management
At Clark Condon, we transform environments and create immersive experiences that enrich lives. We are excited to announce our expanded management team that will continue our firm’s legacy and passion for designing great spaces. Leading the team will be Managing Principal, Elizabeth Gilbert, along with Jason Miller, Operations Principal, and Mary Keilers, Innovation and Research Principal. Additionally, in supporting leadership roles, Andrew Konyha will serve as the Quality Assurance Principal and Carol Berry as Finance Principal. Sheila Condon, our firm’s co-founder, will transition into an advisory role and mentor the leaders on their evolving responsibilities.

Elizabeth Gilbert | Managing Principal
As Managing Principal, Elizabeth bolsters company culture, leads company strategy, provides inspired leadership, and nurtures successful working relationships. In her 17 years at Clark Condon, she has built a diverse portfolio of projects with a passion for design excellence, creativity, and the user experience. She excels at communication and complex coordination between the design team, client, and stakeholders, building consensus and delivering exceptional projects. As an experienced team leader, she is well-respected by her peers and continually models our company values. A few of her signature projects include East Aldine Town Center, The Woodlands Hills, and Dallas Street.
Jason A. Miller | Operations Principal
Jason has been instrumental in the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide systems and processes at Clark Condon for the past 23 years. As Operations Principal, he focuses on procedures and workflow strategy, ensures alignment, and increased operational efficiencies across the organization. Jason has led projects of varying types and scales, and excels at building collaborative teams from the beginning stages of a project. His attention to detail and creative problem solving are well-featured in projects such as Broadway Boulevard, PNC Dynamo Stadium, and Research Forest Lakeside.
Mary Keilers | Innovation and Research Principal
Mary is passionate about the environment and is dedicated to making a positive impact through her designs. Over the last 14 years, she has amassed a breadth of experience in delivering complex projects on sensitive natural sites and urban environments alike. She approaches each project with uncompromising stewardship paying special attention to soil science, planting design, and green infrastructure. As the Innovation and Research Principal, her role centers on research and the implementation of new practices, protocols, and development trends within the industry. Mary’s expertise is evident in projects such as Bayou Greenways 2020, the Houston Botanic Garden, and Juan Seguin Park.

Andrew Konyha | Quality Assurance Principal
As the Quality Assurance Principal, Andrew is integral to the success of every project, verifying all products and deliverables meet our high-caliber standards. In his 20 years with Clark Condon, he has steadily built his technical expertise with contract documents, details, specifications, and oversight during construction. He will develop, execute, and maintain processes that ensure Clark Condon’s work consistently and efficiently exceeds customer expectations. His commitment to excellence is apparent in many projects including Josey Lake Park, Springwoods Village, and the MD Anderson Administration Building.
Carol Berry | Finance Principal
In her role as Finance Principal, Carol is responsible for managing the financial actions of the firm, directing financial and regulatory reports, and overseeing the administrative and financial teams. Since joining the firm in 2004, Carol’s diligent management and analytical skills have supported our firm’s growth.
