SYSCO Corporate Headquarters expansion includes the renovation of their existing office building and the addition of two new mid-rise office towers and parking garages. Clark Condon provided landscape architectural services for all site elements including planting, irrigation, paving for pedestrian transit, courtyards and building entries. A sensitive landscape plan was developed that preserved and incorporated many existing Live Oak trees into the overall design. Clark Condon also worked closely with architectural designers to develop a landscape plan that became a seamless extension of the architecture. Clark Condon Associates responded to the LEED challenge by designing with plants that are native or adapted and that have low water requirements. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
