BOK Plaza is a 27-story Class-A office space tower in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Clark Condon worked with the Hines, Devon Energy, and Pickard Chilton Architects to create a 16,000 square foot public plaza that serves as a welcoming entry for the tower. Custom-cut granite and quartzite pavers respond to the architecture of the building to create a seamless transition from inside to outside. Groves of Cedar Elms and Shumard Oaks provide shade for the flexible outdoor seating. The plaza in conjunction with a refreshed streetscape provides a comforting, urban, and modern look for the block.
Additionally, we designed a 6,000 square foot green roof. The roof is comprised of patterns of native plantings in shallow soil. These spaces soften the roof areas and provide great views.
