Trammell Crow Company and Principal Real Estate Investors’ Energy Center I received a LEED® Silver certification, and the more recent Energy Center II was awarded LEED® Gold certification. Clark Condon contributed to several green design elements for this campus. Tree preservation, the use of drought tolerant native landscaping, ornamental grasses and a drip irrigation system positively impact the environment. In addition to open spaces and pedestrian areas, we designed a garden courtyard in between the two complexes for the tenants. The water feature amenity offers a place of respite and completes the campus setting.
