Anadarko Hackett Tower | Phase II
Clark Condon was part of the design team for this new high-rise Class A office building for Anadarko in The Woodlands. Having previously worked for this client, we had to maintain a level of sophistication and unification with an existing development — through high-end structures, lush plantings, art and unique features — while providing an extension to the architect’s aesthetic. Our scope also included a large 33,307-square foot garden terrace on the roof of the garage adjacent to the conference center. At ground level, there is a signature fountain graced with artist-crafted stainless steel heron sculptures creating a dramatic urban edge for this part of Town Center. Our scope also included pedestrian and bikeway connections to Town Center and The Woodlands Waterway. This project is LEED Silver.
