As the landscape architect for this 6,000-acre residential master-planned community, Clark Condon was responsible for thoroughfare landscaping and a greenbelt system which links two lakes and includes biking and hiking trails, parks and playgrounds. Integral to the landscape design and aesthetics of the project are the amenities. Landscape design was provided for the beach club, play areas, tennis courts, entries, information center, golf course and clubhouse. The beach club complex provides a unique beach environment on the Texas prairie with a swimming lagoon, bath houses, decking, boat launching, sand volleyball and plantings.
