The Grand Prairie is a 1,730-acre visionary community that will embrace the beauty and ecological significance of the prairie and wetland surroundings. Clark Condon led the visioning exercises to explore and define the brand as well as the unique position of this future community. The design of the architecture and landscape were shaped by historical and ecological traits of the area. Upon arrival, the entry monumentation will establish a unique identity for the community celebrating the native flora. To be sculpted as an homage to the natural landscape, the amenity center, perched atop a twelve-foot mound, will serve as a gathering space for residents providing panoramic views of the western twilight and adjacent landscapes. Proposed programming elements within the multilevel amenity complex will include two pools, a multi-use event building, playgrounds and a sprayground.
