East Shore
East Shore is a new urbanism community located in The Woodlands Town Center. The community design is based on walkability and the integration of mixed housing types with parks and open space. East Shore is lakefront property located within walking distance of retail, commercial and The Woodlands Waterway. In addition to the community’s entry park, streetscapes and monumentation, our projects have included the central East Shore Park, Olmstead Park, Colonial Park, Charleston Esplanades, The Mews, Running Man Park, Merhorse Green Amphitheater, The Ellipse, Dedication Point, Islewood Park, Rafters Row Park, the Boat House, the Northbay and Timberloch medians, Mitchel Island and the East Shore clubhouse. The project is located along The Woodlands Waterway allowing residents easy access on foot or bicycle to Market Street and Town Center amenities.
