Clark Condon worked with the Houston Racquet Club to create a new aquatics area. The plan included demolishing two tennis courts to make room for a state-of-the-art recreation and swim team pool. The new complex focused on the desires of young members with growing families. The project included a beach entry, water slide, and spray toys surrounded with lush landscaping.
