River Park Community
Clark Condon worked with the River Park Community to renovate the existing pool area and upgrade some of the aquatic features, as well as design a dog park and sport court for their residents.
We upgraded the pool with two new water slides, an anchored floating water walk, volleyball and basketball connections, wade pool upgrades and interactive water features. We also upgraded the paving, increased the size of the pool deck for more shade and lounge space, and we added a lifeguard station to allow for visibility and ease of check in for residents. Additionally, we installed a new sound system and upgraded the lighting and electrical to allow for outdoor movie nights.
The dog park, which is open to the public, has separate areas for large and small dogs with wash and drink stations. It also has multiple benches and a large pavilion for shade. The sport court, while for residents only, has a cushioned surface and screening for privacy.
