|Josey Lake Park, a 100+ acre amenity for the Bridgeland Community in Cypress, Texas, is under construction and will be complete this Fall. The central and prominent location of the park reinforces the community goals of connectivity and access to recreation, trails, commerce and schools. Clark Condon is proud to be the Landscape Architect for this amazing project.

|We participated in the international [DUBLIN] Contemporary Footbridge competition hosted by the Architectural Competition-Concours d’Architecture [AC-CA]. The objective was to design a new Contemporary Footbridge in the docks area of Dublin over the River Liffey that would become a symbol for the city.

As the city continues to grow and evolve, so does the need for a variety of places to live, work and play. We are working with the Houston Downtown Management District to develop both Main Street and Dallas Street into an enjoyable pedestrian experience and a unique destination.
