Clark Condon Associates is proud to once again be a member of four award-winning project teams for the Houston Business Journal's Landmark Awards. Southwestern Energy won the Headquarters Move category; New Hope Housing at Rittenhouse received the Community Impact award; Anadarko Hackett Tower won the Office Building Development Category; and the TDECU Stadium at the University of Houston won in the category Public Assembly!

SMPS Gala Benefiting Casa de Esperanza

A good time and great success was had by Clark Condon Associates as we attended the Society for Marketing Professional Services Design Awards Gala on October 25th at the Houston Zoo. Sheila Condon, FASLA presented Joe Turner and the City of Houston with the Client of the Year Award. Jill Hope, CPSM was recognized with the Rock of the Chapter, and Clark Condon brought home both the Target Marketing Award and Best in Show!

Rice Design Alliance Design Charrette Competition

Once again, Clark Condon Associates participated in this annual event. It's a great opportunity to hone and enhance design skills and a nice team building event. This year's theme was re-crafting the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft. Our 5-member team was awarded the Best Garden Design. The judges' comments included, "thoughtful consideration to the parking solution and close attention to pedestrian connectivity in design."

IPI Awards University of Houston Stadium Parking Garage

The International Parking Institute held their annual conference and expo this month. At their Award of Excellence ceremony, the University of Houston Stadium Parking Garage received a merit award in the category of best design for a parking facility with 800 or more spaces. As a proud member of the design and construction team for this facility, Clark Condon Associates was thrilled to hear the news.

Research Forest Lakeside Breaks Ground for Repsol

Recently, Clark Condon Associates participated in the groundbreaking for Repsol. Repsol will be the tenant in Building 5 of the Research Forest Lakeside development in The Woodlands, Texas. Clark Condon Associates has worked closely with the developer, Warmack Investments, on landscape design which includes a stone fountain and stream water feature. We look forward to continuing our work at Research Forest Lakeside as they continue to grow!

Churchill Farms Recreation Center Opens

Beazer Homes and Clark Condon Associates have been doing business together for over 17 years. So when we were asked to be the landscape architect for a new master-planned community in Fulshear, Texas, it was a no-brainer. Coming in on the ground floor of the overall project allowed us to assist the client in finding an identity for what is now Churchill Farms.

BBVA Compass Stadium (home of the Houston Dynamo) won in the categories of Public Assembly and Public-Private Partnership. Clark Condon Associates is excited to feature in its latest e-postcard the MD Anderson Cancer Center's administration building located in the mid-campus of the Texas Medical Center. This building now consolidates all of the administrative offices and their employees for MD Anderson in one place.
