What was once a collection of six vacant lots in the heart of Texas City’s downtown corridor has now been transformed into a vibrant, central hub within the city’s historic district. Our team had a blast celebrating the grand opening of this new space!

We celebrate Sheila’s achievements and her impact on the profession of landscape architecture. At the end of this year, Sheila will retire from Clark Condon but continue working with some local non-profit groups to lend her expertise in placemaking and design.
