Clark Condon worked with Camden Development on the design of the common areas and courtyards for this new, 8-story, 300-unit residential development in Houston’s Midtown neighborhood. Conveniently located near the METRO Rail Station, residents are at the center of a thriving urban neighborhood with restaurants and retail within walking distance. Among a unique mix of hardscape and softscape areas, the complex features amenity roof decks on the third and fourth floors including a pool, custom paving, decorative seating and trellis structures. The complex is pet-friendly with a dog park and covered structure for residents. This new development also features amenities allowing for group-oriented outdoor activities and entertainment complete with fire pits, outdoor kitchens, exercise areas and large television screens. Camden McGowen is located adjacent to the new Superblock Park.
