Congratulations to our client The Howard Hughes Corporation, for receiving two awards for Josey Lake at ULI’s Development of Distinction award ceremony!
Josey Lake received the Vanguard Award, which recognizes a project at the forefront of new development and ideas. The judges said this project won because of the work that went above and beyond the minimum requirements to achieve a development worthy of emulation among its industry.
Additionally, Josey Lake was given the People’s Choice Award for receiving the most votes on ULI’s online survey.
Josey Lake is a 140-acre recreational greenspace that provides concurrent accessibility to nature and activities while also serving as a connector to neighboring communities and commercial developments. While its primary functions are stormwater detention and conveyance infrastructure, this park is now an exceptional amenity with multiple levels of active and passive recreation.
