Crosstown Center – Tampa, Florida
Aerials depicting Phase I construction advancement of Crosstown Center in Tampa, Florida. Teaming with Gensler, we provided landscape architecture for a national corporation’s Class A, high-tech, user-friendly office complex. Some of the signature outdoor spaces include a formal entry / auto court, a dining area and a fenced-in garden. The project will be LEED certified.
Texas ASLA Conference
The Texas ASLA Conference was held in Galveston April 22-24, 2015. Sheila Condon, Beth Clark, and Mary Keilers presented “Manufacturing Meadows: A Springwoods Village Case Study.” To read more about the conference, click here.
Earth Day 2015
Clark Condon’s Mary Keilers presented at the Sustainable Landscaping Forum on Earth Day (April 22) 2015. Mary took part in the discussion featuring two other landscape architects with a presentation on Beneficial Habitats.

Clark Condon Associates is proud to once again be a member of four award-winning project teams for the Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards. Southwestern Energy won the Headquarters Move category; New Hope Housing at Rittenhouse received the Community Impact award; Anadarko Hackett Tower won the Office Building Development Category; and the TDECU Stadium at the University of Houston won in the category Public Assembly!
