Congratulations to The Howard Hughes Corporation and the Johnson Development Corporation for winning PRISM awards. The PRISM award is presented by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) and is awarded for excellence in the homebuilding industry within the greater Houston metroplex.
The Howard Hughes Corporation received two PRISM awards for their work on The Woodlands Hills and Bridgeland communities. The Woodlands Hills received the Master Planned Community Landscape Design of the Year award, and Bridgeland received the Master Planned Community of the Year. Clark Condon oversaw master planning and design on all three projects.

The Woodlands Hills community project features 112 acres of open space including a 16-acre Village Park. Founders Park has an activity center with a fitness facility and event lawn, a pool complex, adventure playground and other amenities, all set within the gently rolling site. Bridgeland
Bridgeland is an 11,400-acre master planned community in Cypress, Texas. This community includes a playground, boardwalks, central lake (Josey Lake), birding tower, events pavilion, boat house and forestation plantings layered with active and passive recreational elements. The Johnson Development Corporation received two PRISM awards for their work on the Veranda community. Veranda received both the Community Amenity of the Year and Television/Video Promo of the Year PRISM awards.
