Camden Property Trust retained the services of Clark Condon to assist them with landscape design for several of their multi-family housing projects throughout Houston. Additionally we worked with them to develop a student housing project at Stephen F. Austin State University of Nacogdoches. Most of the design scope included the streetscapes, interior courtyards, plantings, pools, common and open spaces. Our projects include: The Park at Holly Springs, Royal Oaks, Midtown, Bayou Place, Norfolk, SFA Student Housing, Village Oaks, Travis Street, City Centre, Main Street and Whispering Oaks.
