Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Clark Condon is looking for an entry-level marketing coordinator to support our marketing department’s efforts and initiatives to promote our landscape architecture firm. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated candidate with a focus on graphic communication and an interest in marketing, business development, and public relations. The marketing coordinator will report directly to the marketing manager and work closely with the leadership team.


  • Graphic design for marketing and project teams
  • Writing and editing of marketing collateral
  • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Website + social media
  • Creative writing
  • General administrative tasks


  • Graphic design and layout skills
  • Writing and editing skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Creative, well-organized, and capable of prioritizing
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience


Clark Condon offers a competitive compensation package including, half-day Fridays, interoffice flex space, corporate gym membership, and several company-wide events each year. Compensation package includes a 401K Safe Harbor Plan with a 3% employer contribution; profit sharing; bonus program; 3 weeks of paid time off; annual education and professional organization stipend; health, life, vision, dental, and disability insurance including a flex spending account – Clark Condon also pays 90% of employee-only premium for medical/dental and vision. Employees are offered a hybrid work model (in-office + remote) after six months of employment.
