Immersive Experience. Dynamic Results.
Creating meaningful outdoor environments is part science, part art, and all passion. At least the way we do it. For more than three decades, Houston-based Clark Condon has transformed environments to create experiences that enrich lives. Evident in a wide variety of projects of every size and type — from engaging green spaces to nature-infused cityscapes — we emphasize every environment's importance as a platform for stewardship, equity, and resiliency.
Our landscape architecture expertise runs deep and wide, covering site analysis and planning, programming, conceptual design and development, cost estimating, documentation and construction services.
No ego here. With every project, flexibility flows from beginning to end, always mindful of time and budget. We collaborate internally and with you, ensuring that your goals are exceeded in what we deliver.

Firm History
In the summer of 1985, Clark Condon was founded to create meaningful outdoor environments within the greater Houston area. Clark Condon quickly garnered a reputation for designs that celebrated nature, embraced the land, and were reflective of the community they served. Over the years, the firm has grown and expanded and has completed projects varying in scale, type, and complexity with unparalleled excellence. Some of their early projects included Cinco Ranch Master Plan, Oyster Creek and Lost Creek, and City of Houston Master Parks Plan.
For more than three decades, Sheila and Beth used their visionary expertise to create environments that will have an impact for generations. They also fostered and mentored a talented group of landscape architects to have the same commitment to bringing client's unique visions to life.
At the beginning of 2020, Clark Condon introduced an expanded management team who took ownership of the firm and will continue the legacy Sheila and Beth began by upholding the same dedication to designing great spaces.
