Grand Central Park
Grand Central Park is a 2,000+ acre mixed-use development located in Conroe, Texas by Johnson Development Corporation. The development is set among beautifully preserved natural open space. The amenities include parks, lakes, and trails designed to offer unlimited opportunities to relax and play, explore nature, and observe wildlife.
The Lake House Amenity Center serves as a community park for the development. Situated to take advantage of the lake views, it features an event area, lobby, fitness rooms and generous decks, perfect for events and every day relaxation. In addition to the Lake House, the nine-acre site includes a swimming hole, playground, event courtyard and informal gathering areas. The community is connected to the abundant natural surroundings of Grand Central Park.
To further the connections to nature, we designed multiple parks within the development, including Mystic Pond and Trillium Park. We also designed the community entries, as well as the streetscapes throughout.
